PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I've worked on dozens on product launches and marketing campaigns, and have been trained on the Agile Scrum methodology for project management. I recently had the opportunity to coordinate execution of two high priority projects: a revitalized product guide, and an updated, more robust QuickShip product program.  Both involved working with cross-functional teams from within thee organization and outside vendors, under a very tight time line.

The Product Guide entailed combining three very different guides into one, with consistent branding and layout, as well as a top to bottom review of all specs, photos, copy, and environmental data. We ultimately created a guide that was more functional and better presented the products. A sample page is below, and you can view the full guide here

The QuickShip program was a relaunch, expanding the products offered, creating new physical marketing collateral, a new web experience, and developing new best-in-class functionality. Multiple time lines and meetings with different teams were used to handle the project's complexities. In the process, the project also had its launch window moved up, and its scope increased. But with the agile process I'd implemented, we accommodated the changes and launched on time. The home page is below, but you can view the full web experience here.
